Doug began working in the Boston real estate market in the 1980’s before founding Paragon Properties in 1997. Nowadays, Doug spends a considerable amount of time at his new agency, Melcher Real Estate Group, nurturing his agents and challenging them to set goals and achieve them successfully. Whether he is sharing his expertise, generating sales, or engaging in tough contract negotiations, Doug not only works hard for his clients but for his agents as well.
